quality control

Guaranteeing the quality of the components inline quality control is a driver for us in the manufacturing cell definition.

We design the complete cell, taking into account the quality needed and defining different systems depending of each part to get predefined quality parts. The usage of vision systems cameras is very common in our cells but also laser holographic measurement or different sensing devices can be installed after injection of the parts to check different aspects for each component. 100% of the parts are inspected.
